Judge John Pavich is an experienced legal professional who has spent his career working to protect our rights in his legal capacity in Illinois and around the globe as a Special Operations Officer for the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA).
Judge Pavich brings a unique perspective to the bench, having worked in many countries where the law and legal institutions have been catastrophically weakened and undermined — parallels of which we are seeing play out right now at the national level of our government.

On the Illinois Appellate Court, Judge John Pavich will work tirelessly to protect our rights, many of which are under threat from the federal government. The Illinois Constitution protects a woman's right to make decisions about her own body, the right to love who you love, and even the fundamental right to due process in our legal system.
That is what's at stake here. Good judges are increasingly becoming our last defense of these rights and the rule of law itself.
Please vote Democrat Judge John Pavich for the Illinois Appellate Court - 3rd District on March 17, 2026!
HELP US GET ON THE BALLOT!
Would you be willing to circulate a petition in your neighborhood and among your network of family and friends? We are going to need THOUSANDS of signatures in order to get Judge Pavich on the ballot. Whether you collect ten signatures or a hundred, each one brings us closer to our goal. You can gather signatures from any registered voter residing in DuPage, Will, Iroquois, Kankakee, Grundy, LaSalle, and Bureau counties.
Here's what you can do to easily contribute:
1) Download the petition using the link above. Complete the "circulator" section with your name and address. (Remember, any registered voter in the county can circulate petitions—you don't have to be a precinct committeeperson!) Make as many copies as necessary, but please leave the page number blank at the bottom!
2) Collect signatures, making sure every field is completed on each line.
3) While aiming for ten signatures per page is great, submitting partially filled pages is perfectly acceptable so don’t worry if you can’t fill the entire sheet.
4) Ensure each completed petition page is notarized! Return the notarized original petition sheets by either:
* dropping them off with your local township Democrats
* emailing us at john@pavichforjustice.com, so we can coordinate a pickup.
Together we can build a more just legal system that is truly fair and that protects our rights. Thank you SO MUCH for your support!
